All items left on our shuttles will be stored for 30 days and if unclaimed we will do with it whatever we want,
If you choose to pay the driver cash while boarding please make sure to have the exact cash amount and if you don’t in case driver does not have right amount of change it will be the passengers responsible to claim from the office,
If you fail to pay or book pre or while boarding an additional £3 fee will occur,
Although we try to drop you off as close to your required location it is not always possible.
